Failed Delivery or Lost Parcel Due to Incorrect Address

We take no responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing an order.

However, if a delivery fails due to an address issue, we will make every effort to locate the parcel and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that this process may take up to 60 days, depending on the carrier's investigation.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address ( you will have to pay for the shipping costs ). If the parcel is not recoverable, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Orders (Carrier Fault)

If your order goes missing due to a carrier issue, we take full responsibility. Our team will work with our shipping partners to track down the parcel and, if necessary, send you a replacement at no extra cost.
